Anal Sex: Breaking the Taboo

There’s nothing like anal sex, one of the forms of sex that both genders can share experiences with. The sensations are intense, and breaking that taboo can be incredibly thrilling.

The first step in breaking this taboo is to explore your back end yourself. There are a few things you’ll want to do. Cleaning yourself out is a good idea, which you can do in the shower with your fingers and some soap, or with a Fleets enema. For a more in-depth cleanliness, investing in an enema kit is a great idea! The next investment to make is lube. The key to a pleasurable experience with anal sex, with yourself or a partner, is that smooth entry!

When you begin, lube up a finger and just play around the outside of that little rosette. It’s so sensitive, filled with nerve endings, that you can use that to your advantage. When venturing for penetration, start off with a little pressure, on and off, like pushing a button. And each time, go in a bit further. A little discomfort is normal at first,

but real pain means STOP!

Once you’re comfortable using your fingers, it’s time to move onto the toys! There are many options available there, and it all depends on your comfort and creativity. There are anal kits with graduating sizes, which are great for beginners. Once you’re comfortable with that, there are other sorts of anal toys.

To vibrate or not to vibrate, that is the question. Often, vibration can ease the initial discomfort of entry, and many choose those. They are great for extra sensation, and can really drive you up the wall with pleasure. But for longer-term wear, like underneath clothing for an exhibitionist’s delight, the plugs are wonderful! They also are great, when

used in graduated sizes, in preparing for other sorts of play, such as anal sex with your partner.

There’s no rushing into anal, no need for a rush really. Take your time, play with that area of your body, and your lover’s body, and get comfortable with it!
